BuildLab

Terms of service

Last updated 19 October 2026

These terms apply when you use BuildLab. By using it, you agree to them.

An early, invite-only service

BuildLab is in an early stage. Features change, things may break, and we may pause or end the service or your access, with notice where we can. It's provided as is, without warranties.

Your account

Keep your sign-in secure and don't share your account. You're responsible for what happens under it, including what agents do at your request.

Your ideas and code are yours

You keep all rights to the ideas you bring and to what agents make for you, including code. You give us permission to store and process them only to run BuildLab for you.

AI makes mistakes

Agents' research, advice, designs and code can be wrong or incomplete. Check anything important before relying on it, and you're responsible for what you publish, ship or submit (for example to the App Store), and for following the rules of the services you use.

Fair use and limits

Each account has a monthly limit on agent spending. Don't use BuildLab to break the law, infringe others' rights, make spam or malware, collect data from children, or get around limits or other people's privacy. We may suspend accounts that do.

Services you connect

When you connect services such as GitHub, Apple App Store Connect, Bluesky or Mastodon, their own terms apply too, and you're responsible for any costs on those accounts.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of BuildLab.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we'll tell you before it takes effect; using BuildLab afterwards means you accept it.
